We had breakfast at the Vinoy Renaissance Hotel before we left – a historic hotel built in 1925 that overlooks the Tampa Bay. It was such a nice treat.
Although I am not such a fan of the newly redecorated lobby (I agree with my MIL that it is too modern for the old hotel), the architecture throughout is impressive and the property is beautiful.
Things I am missing:
1- The Sun
2- Runs/walks/bike rides along the water
3- Key Lime Pie
4- The oversized garbage bins
5- The family
